REGISTRATION FEES:

Participants 350 TRY + 8% VAT
Student (Undergraduate) 150 TRY + 8% VAT
Student (Master / Doctorate) 250TRY + 8% VAT

20% discount will be applied to SUYADER members.

Services included in registration fees;
 Access to all sessions to be held on the virtual platform on 19-20 March 2021.
 International Solidarity for Sustainability Cartoon Exhibition
 Right to enter the stand area and have a meeting
 Congress attendance certificate

In order for the abstracts to be included in the congress program, it is mandatory to register for the congress. Those who will attend the congress as students must upload an official and updated document showing that they are a student to the system before registration in order to benefit from the student discount. After the documents uploaded to the system are approved by the organizing board (gonca.yildirim@toros.edu.tr), participants will be able to register and pay in the relevant category.

Cancellation Policy

Participants whose excuses are approved by the congress organizing committee will be able to refund the congress participation fee if they apply until March 10, 2021. Refund applications made after this date will not be accepted.
